Our story begins in the heart of the Sahara Desert, where the mesmerizing Erg Chebbi dunes of Merzouga started drawing travelers from across the globe. Inspired by this growing interest, a traditional farmer and father of two joined forces with two friends to purchase a 4WD vehicle. Together, they began guiding visitors to the desert’s most stunning hidden gems.

Big dreams often start small. As his children grew, they worked in various tourist camps and hotels, where they picked up their first words of English, Spanish, and French. At the time, most travel companies in Morocco were foreign-owned. This sparked an idea in the siblings: to create a local tour operator that would share the authentic culture and beauty of Morocco with the world.

However, they faced a challenge—their English wasn’t strong enough. Determined to succeed, they dedicated themselves to learning the language. Over time, they became fluent in both speaking and writing English. This dedication and passion gave birth to Morocco Echo Travel, a company rooted in local expertise and a deep love for sharing Morocco’s wonders.
